U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agents Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Cards and Host Products, Estimated Retail Value $740,000
U.S. Customs Officials confiscated shipments consisting of over 18,000 counterfeit SD memory cards and over 15,000 host products containing counterfeit SD card slots. The majority of these shipments represent the export of infringing goods out of China and Hong Kong.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agents around the country are strong advocates in supporting SD-3C LLC's enforcement program, resulting in the prevention of counterfeit goods entering into the United States.
