Mexican Customs Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Cards, Estimated Retail Value Over $80,000
Customs Officials in the city of Guaymas confiscated over 4,600 counterfeit SD memory cards coming from China. Subsequent to the seizure SD-3C LLC filed a criminal complaint against the importer associated with the seizure for trademark infringement. This action is pending.
