Taiwan Customs Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Cards, Estimated Retail Value $2,000.
Taipei Customs Officials seized a package consisting of approximately 300 counterfeit memory cards infringing on the SD trademark. The goods confiscated represent the export of infringing products out of China intended for importation into Taiwan by an individual.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed against the importer.
