UAE Customs Officials Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Cards, Estimated Retail Value $330,000.
UAE Customs Officials located at Emirates Airline in Dubai intercepted approximately 2,000 counterfeit high-capacity SD memory cards. The memory cards, which bore an infringing SDXC trademark, were discovered during an inspection of cargo arriving from the United Kingdom for importation into Dubai.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed against the exporter.
