Chinese Customs Seize Counterfeit USB Card Readers, Estimated Retail Value $99,800.
Ningbo Meishan Customs Officials seized a shipment consisting of approximately 24,950 counterfeit USB card readers infringing on the microSD trademark. The goods confiscated represent the export of infringing products out of China intended for importation into Mozambique.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed against the exporter.
