Japan Customs Confiscate Counterfeit USB Card Readers, Estimated Retail Value $3,900.
Japan Customs Officials located in Moji, confiscated approximately 800 counterfeit USB card readers infringing on the microSD trademark. The card readers seized represent the export of infringing products leaving Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces in China for importation into Japan.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed with Japan Customs.
