Chinese Customs Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Cards and Adapters, Estimated Retail Value $72,000.
Chinese Customs Officials in Shenzhen confiscated a shipment consisting of approximately 4,000 counterfeit SD memory card and adapter sets infringing the microSDHC and microSD trademarks. The goods confiscated represent the export of infringing products out of China destined for importation into the UAE.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed against the exporter.
