German Customs Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Cards, Estimated Retail Value $3,600.
Customs Officials located at Frankfurt am Main Airport seized counterfeit microSDXC memory cards originating from China for importation into the country.
In lieu of further legal action by SD-3C LLC, the importer agreed to forfeit the counterfeit goods for destruction under the supervision of German Customs Officials.
