Poland Customs Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Card and Adapter Sets, Estimated Retail Value $6,600.
Polish Customs Officials seized over 300 counterfeit SD memory card and adapter sets infringing on the microSD and microSDHC trademarks.
In lieu of further legal action by SD-3C LLC, the importer agreed to forfeit the counterfeit goods for destruction under the supervision of Polish Customs Officials.
