Japan Customs Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Cards, Estimated Retail Value $64,600.
Japan Customs Officials located at Kansai Airport seized approximately 200 counterfeit 1TB SD memory cards infringing on the microSDXC trademark. The memory cards confiscated represent the export of infringing products leaving China for importation into Japan.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed with Japan Customs.
