Japan Customs Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Cards, Estimated Retail Value $31,500
Japan Customs Officials located at Kansai Airport seized approximately 450 counterfeit SD memory cards infringing on the microSDXC trademark. The memory cards confiscated represent the export of infringing products leaving Zhengzhou City, China for importation into Japan.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed with Japan Customs.
