Chinese Customs Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Cards, Estimated Retail Value $3,800,000.
Chinese Customs Officials located at Xiamen Airport seized a shipment consisting of approximately 48,000 counterfeit high-capacity SD memory cards infringing the microSDXC trademark. The goods confiscated represent the export of infringing products out of China intended for importation into Malaysia.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed against the exporter.
