Bulgarian Customs Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Card and Adapter Sets, Estimated Retail Value $44,300.
Customs Officials in Bulgaria seized over 2,450 counterfeit microSDHC memory card and microSD adapter sets originating from Taiwan for importation into the country.
In lieu of further legal action by SD-3C LLC, the importer agreed to forfeit the counterfeit goods for destruction under the supervision of Bulgarian Customs Officials.
