Japan Customs Confiscate Counterfeit SD Memory Cards, Estimated Retail Value $12,150.
Japan Customs Officials located in Yokohama, confiscated approximately 800 counterfeit SD memory cards infringing on the microSDHC trademark. The memory cards seized represent the export of infringing products leaving Shenzhen, China for importation into Japan.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed with Japan Customs.
